30-Day PRICE PROTECTION

So you can buy with confidence, prices are checked and adjusted daily. Any lower advertised price within 30 days of purchase will be honored and the difference gladly refunded. Boxing Week excepted.

DEFECTS

Within 30 days of purchase. All products found to have a defect will be replaced. Item only, excluding accessories and packaging.

RETURNS

Within 15 days of purchase. We would be pleased to exchange or refund most items.

All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer.

IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned product has items missing, or the product is not in the original purchase condition, the return may be refused. Or, the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount, or a restocking charge may apply, or both.

On purchases made with a credit card or debit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. Purchases made by cash will be refunded by cheque and may take a day to prepare.
